PoleFit is a fun, well-structured pole dancing for fitness program that focuses on safe practices and draws on techniques used in classical ballet, yoga, gymnastics, and contemporary dance. All classes are run in a relaxed and friendly environment where the emphasis is on fun and enjoying your “time out” from the stressful daily grind that we often find ourselves in.
In 2004 we were the first studio to introduce pole dancing lessons to the mainstream fitness industry and we haven't looked back! Our years' of experience has helped thousands of women and men achieve skills they never thought possible which in turn has had a profound impact on their daily lives. We offer pole dance classes tailored to the absolute beginner with no upper body strength, right through to advanced classes for the regular pole practitioner.
