Protein Balls - Our Fave Go To Snack

Whether it's a post workout protein hit, a healthy snack, or an energy boost to get you through your pole class, these yummy, easy to make protein balls are the way to go!!


-1 cup almond meal
-1 scopp protein powder
-1/4 cup chia seed
-1 tablespoon LSA
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
-2 tablespoons organic honey


Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.  Using a spoon, scoop out some of the mixture.  Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls.

They can be left plain, or rolled in sesame seeds, cacao powder or dessicated coconut.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
